We met Mimi Kruk, a realtor in your Longboat Key office, approximately 3 years ago. At the time, we really did not know if, where, and what type of property we were looking for. This did not seem to deter Mimi from her willingness to help us find "our" place. Mimi showed us several houses and condominiums--both on LBK and in downtown Sarasota--to help us hone in on a specific lifestyle and vision. When we returned north, she continued to send us updates and new listings. From our first meeting through our closing, we found Mimi to be exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, honest, and great at what she does. We always believed that Mimi held our best interest top of mind. Because of her dedication, diligence, patience, and tenacity, instead of sticking to our decision to continue to rent during season, Mimi found us our "Happy Place". Michael, I have been aware of you and your company for over 40 years, beginning as a young art student at Ringling College.
